The purpose of this research is to know and understand the life of a career woman in the political parties, how to decide a career woman, the factors affecting, and the meaning of the decision-making for women. See the phenomenon that occurs in women in politics, particularly issues related to decision making, the focus of this study on the dynamics of decision-making career women in political parties. Political parties only to waste in this country, who can not fight for the aspirations of society and promote prosperity for the people.
